This meditation start at minute 3 if you wish to fast forward. The first three minutes simply prep your mind with a short introduction about where we are going and our general intent. You can't "do" this wrong as there is nothing to "do." Simply sit, breath and be aware. I will walk you through the rest of it. YES, your mind will wander becuase thats what minds do.
