I was born and raised in Cincinnati and received my medical degree from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. During training I realized the gaps in health care pertaining to chronic disease management. My passion for practicing the Osteopathic philosophy and seeking a higher truth can be understood through the wisdom of A.T. Still: “To find health should be the object of the doctor. Anyone can find disease.” I received specialized training in joint and pain management treatments. This includes tools that help the body recovery to avoid or delay surgical intervention: Prolotherapy, Platelet-Rich Plasma, Ozone, and Biologic Agents (growth factors, mesenchymal stromal cells). I am passionate about taking control and responsibility of one's own health, while regaining our intuition when it comes to health sustaining practices. Reflecting on the foundations of wellness (Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, Stress Management, and Community) and building toward thriving instead of just surviving is the place to begin.
