Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

Coconut or Almond Milk | 1 cup
Blueberries | ΒΌ cup
Vanilla Extract | 1 teaspoon
MCT or Coconut Oil | 1 teaspoon
Protein Powder (optional) | 30 g

 

Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
