Cinnamon Chaffle

Cinnamon Chaffle

Ingredients
Pre-shredded/grated mozzarella |
½ cup
Egg | 1
Vanilla Extract | 1 teaspoon
Almond Meal | 2 tbps
Cream Cheese | 2 tbsp
Swerve Sweetener  | 1 tbsp
Cinamon Powder  | 1 tbsp

Directions

  1. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat all ingredients
  2. Pour batter onto waffle iron for 3-4 minutes
  3. Enjoy!

***To make a plain chaffle, simply just use pre-shredded mozzarella and 1 egg. Follow instructions above.
